Hallo,

in §§ 52 und 53 StGB kommt mehrmals den Ausdruck "neben [zB einer Freiheitstrafe] auf [zB einer Geldstrafe oder Vermögensstrafe] gesondert erkennen?

Was heisst hier "gesondert"? Kann mir jemand den Sinn dieses Ausdrucks erklären?

Das wäre toll! Vielen Dank!

sorry je n'avais fais attention "neben" qui faisait l'expression
outre / en plus de la peine de prison prononcer une sentence pécuniaire séparément
