Да, отметка в смысле отмечать, причем контролируется как точность измерения, так и качество исполнения (методы контроля: визуальный, измерительный). Были варианты elevation и marking, но первый — это скорее измерение, а второй — скорее исполнение. Level, по-моему, позволяет передать и то, и другое: число и способ его выноса в натуру.

Да, отметка в смысле отмечать, причем контролируется как точность измерения, так и качество исполнения (методы контроля: визуальный, измерительный).
