En desarrollo del mismo podrá la sociedad ejecutar todos los actos o contratos que fueren ::convenientes o necesarios:: para el cabal cumplimiento de su objeto social y que tengan relación directa con el objeto mencionado, tales como: formar parte de otras sociedades anónimas o de responsabilidad limitada ________ .
Responsibilidad limitada is usually translated as limited liability, however the blank at the end is throwing me for a loop. ANyone seen this before? Would it just be a space to put in what kind of LL it is?
Any help is appreciated...thanks.
