nel testo in questione la società incarica il signor X e/o la sig.ra Y e/o il signor Z "jointly and severally as our true and lawful attorney to act for and on behalf of the Company".
In questo caso la traduzione "in solido" non mi sembra adatta: non potrebbe piuttosto significare "congiuntamento o disgiuntamente"?
