Business covers more areas; in my opinion, trade is often linked more to wholesale/large-scale purchases rather than individual business transactions; business would cover both, I think. Loyalty is definitely correct - there are loyalty cards/schemes all over the place.

Many firms have so called "loyalty" programs where customer loyalty is rewarded with discounts/bonuses/frequent flyer points etc. In the dearth of more context I can only hazard an educated guess that this is what is being referred to here.
