From a (Spanish) market research questionnaire regarding domestic "Laundry Additives" - the conditioners, stain removers and so on that you add to your wash. This is in a section with a series of questions asking the subject if they have bought any conditioner, stain remover, whitener in the last 12 months. Answer Yes/No. One of the items on the list is this, "Toallitas Antitransferencias". Elsewhere the subject is asked to name "Una marca adecuada para toallitas antitransferencias de color". There's no other context
The only think I can think of is some product you add to the wash to protect T shirts etc that have a printed logo on them, never seen such a thing here in Spain though...

Colour run prevention sheets
There is a known product called Colour Catcher but as it is a brand name you cannot use it in your translation. More on the subject in the link.

: "Dye catcher" is another possibility.

: You can usually find them in supermarkets in Spain, a great relief for people who don't want to have pink clothes instead of white :-)
