accessible memory bank, shadowed memory bank
Oops, you selected the field as computers, so this term probably refers to memory banks. The above terms are more appropriate here

Cinefil-san's link ( http://www.webtech.co.jp/company/doc/undocumented_mem/io_sdi... that is quoted, uncorrupted, in Google's search is a clencher in my view:
It states the option to setup each I/O port for access ('user/trouble shooter access', I take it) to either set of mem (register) bank, , through virtual dip switches. Now how to tag each of these banks of registers? "accessible" and "shadow" banks certainly give a practical idea of how these banks are actually used and function (would the latter mem bank function as a secret back-up storage that only Sys Managers/Trouble shooters are aware of, perhaps?); but are there any technical term the profession use to differentiate those? HMHO, Cinefil-san's 2nd link address and text gives it away: "undocumented" mem bank, which then sheds a clearer light on the meaning of 表バンク as "documented" mem bank. Response comments welcome...
