I am puzzled by the combination of 'relación entre' and 'en función de' in this sentence:
'La relación entre el contenido isotópico (δ 18O) en función de la concentración en cloruros muestra que sólo las muestras de agua superficial siguen una tendencia directamente relacionada a la evaporación del agua de lluvia.'
How would you translate that subject?
