Wie wäre es, wenn die Digitalanzeigein der ersten Zeile nur Ganzzahlen zuließe und die zweite Zeile für die Anzeige der Zehntelstelle, die dritte für die Hundertstel usw. vorgesehen wäre. Habe zwar mit diesen Anzeigen wenig zu tun gehabt, wäre aber eine Möglichkeit. In diesem Falle ist aber die Formulierung doch recht ungewöhnlich. Ist das vielleicht wieder mal ein Text aus dem fernen`Osten?

The 'Komma' is obviously fixed (permanent, between the last two Stellen). Could it be that the 4th Stelle is not level with the others, but lower? That's how I understand the 'English' anyway.

I'm not familiar with such displays, but sometimes place(s) after the decimal point is/are smaller than the others to make then easier to read.

Another possibility might be that the decimal point is level with the middle horizontal segment (7 segments = 4 vertical and 3 horizontal). Then the tenths would be displayed by the fourth 'Stelle' but only between the middle and bottom horizontal segments (though then you'd only have 4 segments to display all numbers - unless the 4th Stelle also consists of 7 segments but is only half the height, i.e. quarter the size).

Ist der Dezimalpunkt evtl. irgendwo an der Umrandung aufgedruckt, d.h. die Anzeige enthält kein entsprechendes Segment/Element ??
