podagra (gout inflammation of the big toe)

The term for this in English is actually just podagra, meaning gout occurring specifically in the big toe, and as the term in Spanish is referring to exactly this, if it is a medical translation it should actually just be podagra since medical personnel will understand without needing explanation.

Also there is nothing about this being acute, in fact it's described as "possible", so acute really shouldn't be a part of the translation.
