En contexto hotelero, normalmente cuando se dice "twin" hace referencia a que la habitación tiene dos camas de uso individual (independientemente del tamaño), en lugar de una doble. Por lo tanto, yo diría "dos camas individuales plegables". Te dejo un par de links en español de España e inglés.

No creo que se pueda decir "twin roll-away BED". Tiene que ser en plural si se utiliza "twin".
