Sorry vkan, I don't know Thai but I just want to explain "reflective listening" to you. I used to be a communication trainer and I trained in this topic.
Reflective listening encompasses many elements, such as empathy, using body language to acknowledge, paraphrasing.....

I found a website that said "Active (or Reflective) Listening - Paraphrasing the words of others in an attempt to understand their meaning." This is only one teeny weeny part of the whole story.

It means that when you listen, you \"mirror back\" something, in terms of body language (e.g. nodding head to show you understand), paraphrasing (to show your understanding of the whole context) and empathy (to show the other party that you understand his/her feelings).
