non riesco bene a capire il senso dell'espressione in oggetto. Riporto l'intero paragrafo del contratto.
Arbitration. Except for (a) any claims for temporary or permanent injunctive relief or (b) any causes of action brought in equity either Party hereto, any and all disputes, controversies or claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.
