Using "well cared-for" with "childhood" sounds awkward. I agree with Helena's idea of using "children" instead of "childhood" here.
If you feel you need to use "childhood," I would go with Helena's suggestion of "A Healthy and Happy Childhood." A childhood that is free of violence and in which the child's rights are respected is a happy childhood, after all.
