Peculiarly, there is a difference between ... Peculiarly, there is a difference between a Guarantee Contract and a Guaranty Contract. In a Guarantee Contract, an insurer (3rd party) agrees to indemnify the lender for certain potential losses. In a Guaranty Contract, the lender agrees to pay certain penalties if the lender (or another person on his behalf) fails to perform certain duties.

Dzięki! A czy jest jakaś różnica miedzy Contract of Guarantee a Guaranty Contract? (Bo oba takie tytuły występują w google) W tym przypadku jest to umowa z 3 stronami: Gwarantor, Dłużnik, Beneficjent. Czy każdy z tych tytułów może być zastosowany zamiennie?
