Способность к чему-либо - понятие качественное, и при всем желании в процентах ее вряд ли можно измерить; другое дело, что она может в качественном отношении выражаться в снижении или увеличении вот того самого "чего-либо". Так и здесь, в переводе "ability" лучше вообще опустить, потому что "способность варианта к транспорту" звучит действительно дико.
Предлагаю написать так:
Например, если полипептид является биологически активным вариантом эталонного полипептида (например, SEQ №:67, 97 или 117), то транспорт конъюгированного фрагмента антитела этим вариантом может уменьшаться по сравнению с эталонным полипептидом по меньшей мере или приблизительно на 5% (например, по меньшей мере или приблизительно на ...).
Следующая фраза будет в точности такой же, только там будет "увеличиваться".
Предлагаю написать так:
Например, если полипептид является биологически активным вариантом эталонного полипептида (например, SEQ №:67, 97 или 117), то транспорт конъюгированного фрагмента антитела этим вариантом может уменьшаться по сравнению с эталонным полипептидом по меньшей мере или приблизительно на 5% (например, по меньшей мере или приблизительно на ...).
Следующая фраза будет в точности такой же, только там будет "увеличиваться".
