7. Delivery Notes
Food can only be delivered to our fulfilment centre in Swansea (CWL1).
Deliveries containing food must be clearly marked as “food” on the outer packaging.
Food and non-food items (including personal care and hygiene items) may not be delivered together on a pallet.
The product temperature at delivery may not exceed 30 degrees.
**Single-use deposit containers are not allowed.**

@ Asker OK, 'warehouse deposit' doesn't sound very EN, so maybe this 'English' was written by a non-native speaker?
Anyway, it does seem to confirm that this is not about any kind of 'guarantee deposit' as you proposed, but rather about containers being used for depositiing something somewhere.

'conteneur d'entreposage' perhaps? Again, it all depends just what type of 'container' it is — might be a bac, caisse, etc.

@ Asker It's hard to tell without more context.

It seems odd that people might charge a deposit on a container that is then not re-usable.
It may depend on what your wider context says — i.e. are they advocating the use of depsoit containers BUT only if they are not single use? Or conversely, are they suggesting that single-use containers are OK, but that a deposit must not be charged on them?

Consider also that 'deposit' might have a different sense: 'used for depositing something somewhere'.

So it is really important to know more of your wider context — and if it is still ambiguous, you may need to ask your customer to clarify.
