English to Danish Medical Medical (general)

This term appears in an insurance policy in a clause defining what a hospital is not.

Context:

"‘Hospital' shall not include the following:"
...
"A health hydro or nature cure clinic; a nursing or convalescent home; a special unit of a hospital used primarily as a place for drug addicts or alcoholics, or as a nursing, convalescent, rehabilitation, extended-care facility or rest home."

I'm not sure if "kuranstalt" covers it, or if that term is too outdated.
