Clarification:

This is from a Coljuegos document (Colombian agency that regulates gaming). Not sure what n.c.p refers to in this context. Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You're right. I was relying on the question I include in my answer and I've been checking 'NSK'. Apart from the fact there's an insurance company called NSK, which doesn't help matters, there aren't many references. Thank you, Phil :-)

NSE --> not specified elsewhere
NES --> not elsewhere specified (not terribly good English, either)
