The XXX over a number of years has developed the YYY mower.
This is a modified vineyard mower that cuts around each headstone on the move.
This is not universally linked, however, if used well give a reasonable cut.
It is important to use the machine in appropriate ground conditions and alternate the direction of travel down a grave bay at each cutting pass.
This will remove any slight misses."

credo non si intende lungo il perimetro ma proprio sopra la tomba sulla quale viene messo il turf nuovo-il manto erboso posto sul terreno mosso in seguito al funerale. Il mower va up and down the grave bay e va alternata la direzione ad ogni passaggio secondo me

BAY qui mi pare usato molto genericamente, mi permetto quindi di tradurlo con un generico "perimetro"...
