I saw bonus and amélioration were suggested but those are different items. I had this issue more than once and it would seem there is no real translation for this. In a lot of games I worked on, it had to remain untranslated. And it is widely accepted to keep it in in English in French versions.

The only way really to find a good, colloquial translation will probably be to know what it actually DOES in the game? It sounds like it might be some kind of 'power boost' (but to WHAT?)
In other contexts (but not, I assume, here!) 'power up' would be referring to the 'mise sous tension' of a piece of electrical equipment.
