Spanish term (edited): (Col) selva adentro

Pls note, objectors to my previous joke about Colombian jungle-dwellers, that I realise that Colombian Spanish is claimed (by Colombians) to be the purest form of Spanish. However, you might by interested to know the reaction of Spaniards from the mainland to whom I have put that proposition.

I've only given this a 3, partly because we don't have enough context and partly because I don't fully understand the history involved, the explanation below, or the relevance of the "jungle".

This is about Colombia - the companies are from that country, and I think PSD may be the Social Democratic Party, previously the Communist Party.

The term gets only three hits, all from a historian who appears to have coined the phrase.
