English to German Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

No Contribution or Circular Recovery.

The Sellers shall not have any right of contribution against Buyer, the Entities or any other Buyer Party with respect to any Buyer Indemnifiable Losses. The Sellers hereby agree that they shall not make any claim for indemnification against Buyer, the Entities or any other Buyer Party by reason of the fact that the Sellers or any of their agents or other representatives was a controlling person, equityholder director, manager, managing director, employee, agent or other representative of either of the Entities or was serving as such for another Person at the request of such Entity (whether such claim is for losses of any kind or otherwise and whether such claim is pursuant to any Law, Organizational Document, contractual obligation or otherwise) with respect to any claim brought by Buyer against such Person (whether such claim is pursuant to this Agreement, applicable Law, or otherwise).
