English term

dereased in

Non-PRO English Science Other
The intervention group was surveyed before treatment, within one week after treatment, and two weeks after treatment. The number of symptoms in the intervention group changed from 22.3 ± 7.2, 19.4 ± 8.0, to 17.3 ± 8. 30, and significantly decreased in the 1st and 3rd times (P < 0.05) the questionnaire was administered.

In the above, should "decreased in" be "decreased"?
I found both cases on the Internet.

Thank you!

That is not the only problem with your text, which clearly exhibits the need to get such translations done by a native speaker of English who has some understanding of the subject matter.

I would say "decreased between the 1st and the 3rd time the questionnaire was administered". They are comparing symptoms before treatment with symptoms two weeks after treatment and finding a statistically significant difference - P-value less than 0.05
