Spanish term

F de O

Spanish to English Medical Medical (general)
This is from a Colombian medical record and is listing the findings of various physical examinations. In addition to head, neck, chest, heart, etc, it lists "Ojos-F de O:"

Any suggestions as to what "F de O" stands for? "Frente de ojos" I was unsuccessful at finding it in Cosnautas or my usual other resources.

Thank you!
