Все предложение:
"Представленные сторонами тексты переводов договора отличаются по смысловому, словесному и буквенному содержанию".
К такому вот выводу пришел суд:-). Интрига в том, что стороны представили свои переводы одного и того же договора.
Тем не мень, это буквенное содержание надо перевести :-(. Как лучше дать: in terms of their...?

(the translations) differ in their literal meaning , style and nuances.
I've reversed the order, because I think it makes more sense that way in English, and I've assumed that "буквенный" means the same as "буквальный".
