Spanish term

en planta calada

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law (general) Declaration of inheritance
Taken from a Spanish (Catalunya) declaration of inheritance, the parent has left the child some land, of the developable portion it is described as 'en planta calada'. The full sentence is:
Thank you for any ideas.

with a party wall

I'm fairly sure that this means the property is joined to another property. However, I'm not sure how to express it in English.

A party wall (occasionally parti-wall or parting wall, also known as common wall) is a dividing partition between two adjoining buildings (or units) that is shared by the tenants of each residence or business.

1.1.1.6 REVESTIMIENTOS VERTICALES Y PAVIMENTOS

If you’re planning building work near an adjoining property in England or Wales, you must observe the Party Wall etc. Act 1996. It’s designed to help you undertake work, such as gaining access to neighbouring properties, while protecting the interests of your neighbours.

Is that the technical term? I thought there might be a term for adjoining floors. Cheers, Neil :-)
