Divorce on condition of forgoing one's financial rights
The difference between the usual divorce and this specific form of divorce is that in "خلع" or "إبراء" the woman willingly forgoes the money that is due to her in case of divorce.The word "khul'" as such is used only in Englisl language press issyed in the Arab world. yet as far as foreigners are concerned, it remains quite ambiguis.
