I can't find a translation, so I can only guess from context.

Discussion

Francois Boye Mar 31, 2018:
YEs , but you have to understand that the state = the French government budget, whereas the so-called 'Garantie de Depot' is a parastatal in charge of guaranteeing deposits.
Jana Cole (asker) Mar 31, 2018:
@Francois Boye So, is the note stating that when an account goes above the limit, it is covered by the State Guarantee?

Proposed translations

French term (edited): livrets ordinaries de dépassement

overshooting, ordinary savings certificate

overshooting = above the target/limit

--------------------------------------------------

Erratum" CERTIFICATES instead of 'certificate'

--------------------------------------------------
Note added at 1 day 1 hr (2018-04-01 13:07:58 GMT)
--------------------------------------------------

Another formulation, easier to understand: 'ordinary savings certificate with an overshooting balance'
Note from asker:
I couldn't verify this with any sources.
