Destacan dos ángulos: el ángulo α’, formado por la línea que une el hueso hioides al cartílago tiroides y la que une éste último con el cartílago aritenoides (esta segunda línea correspondería a la localización de las cuerdas vocales); y el ángulo β’, entre las líneas que unen el hueso hioides a la base y a la punta de la epiglotis.

Los autores, a partir del ángulo β’, sugieren una forma sencilla de valorar la facilidad de intubación, denomidado triángulo EHE’ o triángulo de seguridad, cuyos vértices son el hueso hioides, la base de la epiglotis y la punta de la epiglotis.

"Low graduation of the angle" seems a bit odd to me. Thoughts?

disagree George Simon : Hi LIz. I think that , in the context that it is presented in, the phrase implies that the researcher altered the sensibility,specificity and predictive value by employing a lower angle.
