Translating a Brazilian text about MPS (Mucopolysaccharidosis) I- IV and I can't find the set English meaning of the above term.

Context: O crescimento é extremamente restrito, com face infiltrada, obstrução de vias aéreas superiores, perda auditiva, opacificação da córnea, doença cardíaca e enrijecimento das articulações.
