Spanish term

CONTRATO DE ARRENDAMIENTO PARA USO DISTINTO A VIVIENDA

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

This is from a contract for a lease for a business

Could this be "LEASE AGREEMENT FOR COMMERCIAL USE"?

Not sure of the correct contractual term here.

Thanks in advance.

agree philgoddard : You don't need to say agreement, though. A lease is an agreement.

You're dead right, Phil. I actually meant to leave off agreement; if you click the link I posted you'll see it's a Google search for "non-residential lease". Thanks
agree Robert Carter : Or "commercial lease agreement". I would stick to convention and use "lease agreement" in the title, as drafters generally do, even if they subsequently use just "lease" in the text.

Thanks, Robert. Thought I'd play it safe with "commercial" as they didn't say "comercial" in Spanish. Very good idea about sticking to convention.
