Law (general)
Hi all -
I am translating a deposition that has been transcribed as well as recorded.
A single witness is being deposed, who is the plaintiff and who alleges criminal activity.
There is one trial judge.
Attorney AAAAA is the defense attorney
Attorney BBBBB is the plaintoiff's attorney
Here is the context:
AVV.
JUDICE No
AVV. BBBB E' nelle indagini difensive
JUDICE E' nelle indagini difensive
AVV.
I would appreciate any help!
Thanks!
Michael

Comment: "This does seem to fit. In the large file I am translating, it comes up a few more times and "doubt" does work and does seem to fit the context.
Thanks Alison!

though I'm not sure what it means here. The court reserved the right to rule?
Thanks!
