Hi all. I am translating from Spanish to English. While I understand that this phrase means "focusing on what depends on us", I am having trouble working it into the sentence. Please find the original phrase in Spanish and my attempt at a translation in English.

En esta oportunidad quisiera invitarlos a que sigamos entregando lo mejor de cada uno para juntos sortear las dificultades y avanzar en nuestro desarrollo, poniendo foco en lo que depende de nosotros; sobre todo en lograr la excelencia en nuestras operaciones y en buscar soluciones creativas e innovadoras que contribuyan a nuestra eficiencia, siempre resguardando la seguridad de los trabajadores y el cuidado del medioambiente.
