Zastosowano obciążenia 60°/s i 180°/s.
Zadaniem każdej osoby badanej było wykonanie 5 naprzemiennych ruchów zginania i prostowania stawu kolanowego przy każdym z obciążeń.

velocity
Because of the degrees/second, 'load' didn't seem right, and so, here's what I found:
Using the dominant leg, each participant performed 5 maximal voluntary concentric isokinetic leg extension exercises at randomly ordered angular velocities of 60, 120, 180, 240, and 300 degrees /s and 5 concentric isotonic leg extension exercises at randomly ordered loads of 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, and 50% of the isometric MVIC.

As you can see above, load is expressed in %, but degrees/second apply to velocity.
tested subjects at velocities as high as 500 degrees/second
