-- Bei einem Industriegelände in Berlin-Marienfelde im Wert von rund 30 Mio. Euro ist es wahrscheinlich,
dass von den Geschäftsleuten Nicholas Werner und Alexandre Rene Garese russisches Schwarzgeld

leaked contracts

Reminds me of Wikileaks and the like.

agree Björn Vrooman : Not asker's text but same story: https://www.welt.de/wirtschaft/article119579108/Wie-das-Geld... The documents were leaked to the German Die Welt newspaper. I'd prefer the much more common "documents," though./FOMO.

Or even "leaked contractual documents", as in https://www.express.co.uk/sport/football/656341/Memphis-Depa... / My answer (and your comment) must have been leaked to Chris, somehow ;-))
agree Leighton Jacobs : Not hard to find out either in all honesty, e.g. https://www.dict.cc/?s=durchstechen

leaked documents

The vastly more common term would be the above.
Countless examples to cite, not least of which:

"Media coverage of the leaked documents focused on claims that the U.S. government had ignored reports..."

Peer comment(s):

neutral AllegroTrans : why use "documents" for the blatantly obvious "contracts" in the source text?

breached contracts

I found an example of a dam being "breached" by a storm. The liquid reference seems quite common for this word, so I think in this case breached makes sense.
Peer comment(s):

disagree Steffen Walter : Breach of contract is an entirely different thing. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Breach_of_contract

disagree AllegroTrans : No breach here, just pure leaks (and not from dams)
