Swedish term

Manöverblockering

Swedish to English Tech/Engineering Electronics / Elect Eng
I'm working on a highly technical translation and would appreciate some help with some terms.

An example sentence with this term for context is:

När stationen är försedd med reservstyrningspanel kan kopplingar utan manöverblockering göras med den.

Thanks in advance!

As to why an explanation of the term can be expected to be found in the above documentation for a bay controller:
"Ett manöverblockeringssystem realiseras normalt i fackkontrollenheter ('Bay controllers')"

In the context of the example sentence, "operation blocking" works better, as in:
"circuit breaker opening, earthing switch closing despite operation blocking"
