: That's a better option, actually. I would put it as minister of citizens' affairs and "European identity".

Ideology Minister // Left-Wing Ideology Minister // Minister for Fighting Left-Wing Ideology
The purpose of the newly-created department is to fight "left-wing ideology," which seems to have been high on the Polish government's agenda of late. I would translate it as "Ideology Minister" or more specifically "Left-Wing Ideology Minister." Another alternative could be "Minister for Fighting Left-Wing Ideology." See the below sources in English:

"The other controversial appointment is that of a minister without portfolio, who Morawiecki said would come from Ziobro’s party. Polish media reported this person would be responsible for “citizen issues and European identity” – that is, “fighting left-wing ideology”, according to sources of Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, which first reported this. The likely appointee is Michal Wos, currently the minister of environment, who is known for proposing a law, based on the Russian model, that would force civil society groups to declare any foreign donors."

Discussion
:-)
The word in question can be written as worldview or world-view, but not world view (without the hyphen).
If you say "No English speaker would know what "Minister of World View" could possibly refer to.", I can agree that "minister for ideology" is the best option.
In any case, it sounds even odder than "ideology," because what on earth is a "worldview minister"? ;-) That sounds like a mistranslation of "foreign affairs" or "foreign relations." Given the Polish context, and the fact that the party constantly talks about ideology, I think the latter would be more accurate.
By the way, the translation does not necessarily have to be accepted as "official" or "accurate" by the party itself. The intention and purpose of the department is what matters. No English speaker would know what "Minister of World View" could possibly refer to.
Minister for Fighting Left-Wing Ideology - True, this translation perhaps wouldn't appear on any official documentation. But for all intents and purposes, this seems to be the department's purpose, and the party has been quite open about its intentions.
Ideology Minister - To me, this would be the most direct translation. It sounds odd in English, but it is a rather absurd concept to begin with.
Minister for Fighting Left-Wing Ideology - również na pewno nie, ponieważ otwarcie informowałoby o zamiarach i celach tego urzędu.
