Hi all. What's the translation of arropar please ? Thanks. I don't speak Spanish nor English and I have great difficulties grasping this text.

the Church of Christ can not be touched by anyone . he who wants to hurt it , poor him . image at 1 hour 20 minutes 40 seconds https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j5EWmVlbvoM what you see in the background of the picture is the big wave of the atomic explosion . it will be like that . that is why it will cover the areas on the map . many humans living in the united states have dreamed of a big wave in the united states . and will continue to dream it . the moment is approaching .

arropará las áreas en el mapa .

it will cover the areas on the map .

it will surround the areas on the map .

it will wrap up the areas on the map .

it will cocoon the areas on the map .

That's probably the word you're looking for, though if you don't speak either Spanish or English, I'm puzzled as to why you'd be looking for it.

Thanks, Muriel.
agree philgoddard : I also don't understand why the translation reproduces the poor Spanish rather than correcting it.

Anybody's guess Phil. Thanks.
agree neilmac : OT sounds like the ravings of a doom and gloom monger. Isn't "arropar" usually a positive thing?

If you watch a few seconds of that YouTube video you'll probably consider that an understatement, Neil :-)
agree Isamar : Yes, in this context engulf is perfect. Odd choice of word in Spanish as neilmac says, especially given that "arropar" can also mean to tuck a child up in bed.
