Circolare / Giornale Militare 1920
I assume it is handwritten, Circolare is sometimes abbreviated Circ. or cr., Gm is Giornale Militare followed by the year (1920 instead of 920)

Is it handwritten, right? Then the "e" could be a "c" and the "s" an "r"

Note from asker:
Really good answer - many thanks |
...but what about the abbreviation "es 240"? The full phrase is mandato in congedo illimitato es. 240 Gm. 920 |
Yes- it's a very poor scan of a document with the entries written by hand (it was 1920!) presumably by an officer. So you are probably correct that it means "cr - "Circolare" - thanks a million. |
As soon as I find out how to award points, I'll award them to you! |
