All I could find in English for "empochement" is "indention" but I found a definition in French:
Based on this, my translation is:
"indentions of concrete at regular intervals in the PP wall at the property limit"
but I'm tempted to replace "indention" by pockets.
I would be grateful for any ideas.

(concrete) pocket connections
Pocket Connection – A pocket connection consists of framing the floor or roof system into a void in the masonry wall. This detail is used when masonry continues above (either as part of the wall or as a parapet) the connection location and eccentricity is to be minimized. Care must be taken to insure that the use of a pocket does not interfere with the continuity of the vertical reinforcement in the wall.

concrete wall sockets
Sockets sounds better than pockets to me, as a builder, pockets sound more apt for dressmaking.
It means a pocket, hole, socket or bracket built to receive a new reinforcing beam in a restoration, likely added to the original wall to create a new strong holding point.
The general idea is the beam is "pocketed" or grabbed like a billiard ball but the term pocket is not really used in English. A dry architect's design might describe it as a "holding point".

: It would work, but there's no reason to avoid "pocket" which is defined in much this sense in the Penguin Dict. of Bldg, with synonyms box-out/blockout.

Discussion
Apart from a specific sense in typography, this is listed as only an "archaic" (i.e. no longer in current usage) variant of the much commoner 'indentation'.
