of such and other items
Unless a typo, methinks there is a deliberate omission of a reference to the otros anexos / schedules, documentos agregados or extremos / matters. From my own experience, might be adding private contracts to split the taxable value of the transaction, such as a separate contract for the value of the house etc. contents.

: I think this is the basis of a correct answer, but asker needs to look carefully at the full context as Toni has already indicated

: "Of one and others" could perhaps go in the right direction, I´m unsure. "From one and others" is totally wrong. // Hi, Eileen, take it for granted: "De una y otros" does NOT refer to people in this meagre context the asker does not want to enlarge (???).

From on and others can be correct if it is referring to people Toni!! You say take it for granted that it does NOT refer to people and then put (????) which is obviously questioning your own comment!!!

It isn't stated in the text what one and others refers to, so I had to give a literal translation Phil!!

: Literal translations rarely work with legal documents; your confidence level is OTT and "how it is normally said" really might be pointless here. Cannot possibly be referring to people - they don't have "contents" for approval and signing!!!

of one and others can refer to things like documents too, it depends on the context, but the asker hasn't clarified what it refers too.
