No Taña I provided sufficient context in the original posting, in which I explicitly said the term is in the Non-Current Assets section and that the other items surrounding the term in the same section include Property/Plant/Equipment, Tax Prepayments, and Taxes deferred on assets. The Spanish I pasted in the second posting reflects the original posting precisely.

Use of Assets does not make sense as an item of Non-Current Assets - as this section only involves either natural resources, tangible assets, and intangible assets (as per accounting conventions). With the possibility that the original might be a short form of "Activos por uso," this is very close to the Spanish terms "Demérito por uso" and "uso y degaste" which precisely mean wear and tear (as I mentioned in the original posting).

In your original posting, you only posted three words as surrounding text: "Propiedad, planta y equipos" and all other information was posted in English (your translation). It was only in your second posting in the discussion box that you have now posted the Spanish surrounding context! Seth, you know better than this! I agree with Neil, and believe "Uso Activos" is just "Use of Assets". There is nothing in the text to suggest otherwise (your comment "assets depreciated due to (natural wear and tear). Use of assets
Tax prepayments
Deferred Taxes on Assets
Total Non-Current Assets

@Tana I provided context, by mentioning the other items (property/Plant/Equipment, Tax Prepayments, and Taxes deferred on assets) in the Non-Current Asset, in which "Uso Activos" is listed. Non-Current Assets are always preceded by Current Assets. Liabilities follow. And yes I meant deferred. The whole section goes like this:

Activos No Corrientes
Propiedad, planta y equipos
Uso activos
Pagos anticipados de Impuestos
Impuestos diferidos sobre activos
Total Activos No Corrientes
