je propose
« Demander un titre de séjour temporaire aux États-Unis pour motif humanitaire ou exceptionnel »
Niveau de confiance moyen parce que je ne sais pas si c'est pour la France, mais ça a le mérite de reprendre les points principaux de parole en anglais des É-U tout en restant compréhensible en français général.
Une autre possibilité pourrait être « demander un titre de séjour temporaire discrétionnaire », puisque les motifs suivent immédiatement.

: Désolé mais "parole" n'est pas "asylum": "Once in the US the beneficiary of the Humanitarian Parole is allowed to receive work authorization and can apply for asylum or other immigration benefits."

: Parole into the US is very different from asylum. Mostly, it is granted by the Secretary of the DHS, at her own discretion, to someone who may not request asylum.
