I do not understand what a "ball wire" and how to translate it, is as it is not metionned anymwhere else in this document. Is it the same a the guidewire? Or a specific type of guidewire?

J'ai trouvé une traduction en français : « Fil d'occlusion en forme de boule : empêche le vrillage et fournit la force appropriée pour activer les sorties de réponse à la pression » mais je ne la trouve pas convaincante.

Je proposerais plutôt « fil d'occlusion muni d'une boule (à une extrémité) ». Ou peut-être « fil d'occlusion à tête / extrémité sphérique »... Ce n'est pas très élégant mais ça correspond assez bien à l'image.

: Le ballonnet est dilaté par gonflement pour élargir un vaisseau. Je n'ai vraiment pas l'impression qu'il s'agisse de cela.
