Spanish term

Actas procesales

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law (general) Solicitud divorcio Venezuela

"In view of the *procedural records* comprising this matter and given that the judgment has DEFINETLY BECOME FINAL, as it is the order issued by this Court on the date of (mm/dd/yyyy) (...) by which the divorce petition was GRANTED (...), filed by the citizens xxx and xxx, it is hereby issued its ENFORCEMENT ORDER on the terms and conditions according to law".

procedural records

I concede that ordinarily "actas procesales" means simply records of the court. However, in this case I would not exclude that the author has a literal intent. E.g. many of the non-procedural records may be non-public (confidential), and the use of the term procesales may be with the intent of emphasizing this. After all, the author could have just written "las actas judiciales" (the judicial records) or "los registros de la corte" (the court records; the records of the case).

Court documents

But your translation of the context needs some improving !!-

"Having seen the ***court documents*** which back up the present case and DEFINITIVELY BINDING as the Resolution issued by this Court on date (dd/mm/yyyy) (...) by which the petition for divorce (...) filed by (citizens) XXX and XXX was declared VIABLE, its ENFORCEMENT is GRANTED under the terms and conditions set forth under the Law."
Note from asker:
Thank you both!
Peer comment(s):

agree AllegroTrans : OK for "court documents" (to which I might add "and pleadings") but your suggested translation is exceptionally clunky and "sniffs" of MT ("the present case"; "declared viable"); Asker is translating into a "foreign" language (unwise?)

record

I would simply refer to them as "the record". I concur with Andrew that the rest of the paragraph needs considerable editing. I would begin with "Having reviewed the record in the matter before the court". Also, what is the target dialect? The U.S.? UK? Another country? This is important, especially since we are dealing with different legal systems.
Note from asker:
Thank you very much! The target is the U.S.

agree Adrian MM. : UPON READING (Anglo-Am. judicial drafting technique) the - divorce - trial record.
