Text about HR
les enjeux RH au travail (tels que le bien-être, la santé, la diversité ou les postures contemporaines).
Would assume "posture" refers to ergonomics but addition of "contemporaines" has thrown me.
Many thanks

: thinking it closely, just before posture they mention bien-être & santé. It may be very well the "bad" postures adopted while looking at screens and phones.

I don't think that can be the meaning when it's followed by 'contemporaines'.

: Yes, I suspect they mean something along the lines of contemporary approaches to work/life balance.

: Totally agree with 'attitudes', but I can't see how 'issues' is a synonym.

Discussion
But obviously with everyone hunched around computers, laptops and tapping away at mobiles all day long, whether in an office or WFH, *postures* in the usual Elf 'n' Safety sense are very different now to what they were even 10 years ago. And the thing is that HR people do indeed have health and safety as one of their main areas of responsibility. So it seems possibly ambiguous to me, although strange: in the sense that there are still people operating forklifts and stacking bails of hay on to combine 'arvesters, whose postures can't really be described as "contemporary" but still presumably matter.
Actually I don't think that latter point matters: it may be that postures contemporaines just means "postures (of all kinds) as we see them currently in the workplace".
