English to Arabic Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

A. Smartphone Application
1. From the Effective Date, the Service Provider shall deploy the Smartphone Application white labelled as per the Beneficiary’s requirements for the exclusive use of the Beneficiary’s Members. The Service Provider will also provide the Beneficiary and the Beneficiary’s Members with the following :
1 Provide Clinical Leadership and Oversight of the Project (Audit, Compliance, KPIs etc...)
2 Provide policies and procedures , KPIs, Clinical Pathways
3 Provide the appropriate software tools and provide suitable level 3 support
4 Recruitment, Training and Clinical Management of all deployed staff
5 Training Manual for Clinicians and Agents
6 Share the Financial Models (Concierge, Savings etc...)
