A line-out player ‘peels off’ when leaving the line-out to catch the ball knocked or passed back by a team-mate. Except for peeling off or joining a ruck or maul, a line-out player must not leave the line-out until it ends.

agree TonyTK : "Ausscheren" is the technical word for this, but it's only allowed parallel to the line-out. If it's an item in a list, perhaps: "Ausscheren eines Spielers (parallel zu Gasse), um ..."
