You need to post fuller context to receive meaningful answers. How does this "computer dictionary," for instance, define "flash cards"? Does it describe it in any way that is different from the common flash cards used as a learning tool?

بطاقات المذاكرة

You have posted less than full context. Therefor, there is no way to tell the exact intended meaning. However, if these flash cards function the same way as regular flash cards, then بطاقات المذاكرة would be a suitable translation. They are used by students to study subjects that require memorizing facts. My daughter, for example, is useing flash cards to learn multiplication tables for a state-wide test.
